VNYL Unboxing | #SpringBreak

Time for my March #VNYL unboxing video! My vibe this month was #SpringBreak, and I have no idea what I did to please the vinyl gods, but if someone could let me know, I’ll make sure to keep doing it. Jay is king, and this is absolutely the greatest box I’ve ever gotten!

If you like this video, hop on over to YouTube to subscribe or leave me a comment. You can talk to me about this album, ask questions, recommend music, or request specific albums and artists for me to do a vinyl vlog of!

Talk to me about these bands, you guys! What vibe did you guys pick? What records did you get?

In this box, I got:
Suspect Highs by Luke Top
Youngish American by Dams of the West
Story of an Immigrant by Civil Twilight

P.S. I’m SO sorry that my camera stopped filming in the middle. I have no idea why it cut out like that, but I’m really sad that you missed my freakout reaction to seeing Youngish American. 😭 There was lots of screaming and an unnecessary number of repetitions of “YAY!” Then a brief discussion on indie songwriting and the humor of the mundane in art.

Also not shown: after I filmed this, I found a download code in that Civil Twilight jacket, as well as a red flexi disc with “Believe” and a live version of, “Letters From the Sky” — which is the most amazing thing in the history of ever.
